Guests will be given a unique insight into the company’s ambitious five-year transformation journey, which three years in has seen the brand re-platform, embrace innovation and new ways of working and prioritise the customer experience.

SQLI’s Jonty Sutton, who partnered with F&M on its digital commerce transformation, will talk to Jon about the digital improvements that have gone into supporting the company's international expansion and helped it achieve its target of generating 40% of overall sales online.
