Clone of Gender Equality at SQLI: March 8 and Beyond
On the occasion of International Women’s Day, SQLI rolled out several initiatives to advance gender equality: employee voices, discussion sessions, awareness‑raising actions, and local initiatives.
This collective effort is part of a broader approach. Beyond March 8, SQLI takes action throughout the year through structured, measurable commitments, monitored over time to drive lasting progress in professional gender equality.
Being a woman in tech: our employees share their stories
We gave the floor to three employees based in France, Morocco, and Switzerland, who shared their experiences and advice as women working in tech. Their real‑life career paths highlight the diversity of roles, expertise, and trajectories possible in a sector that remains largely male‑dominated.
Gender equality at SQLI: raising awareness, encouraging dialogue, showcasing commitment
Beyond March 8: concrete and measurable commitments
The highlights of March 8 are part of a broader set of actions carried out by SQLI throughout the year to advance professional gender equality.
In France, this commitment is reflected in particular by the signing of a professional gender equality agreement in 2025, which sets clear objectives and concrete actions across several key areas:
- recruitment,
- pay equality,
- access to training,
- career development,
- work–life balance.
These commitments aim to address structural issues as closely as possible to everyday practices and are monitored over time.
The Gender Equality Index provides a quantitative monitoring tool to measure and adjust our policy in this area. For the past year, SQLI achieved a score of 93/100, illustrating the actions implemented, the progress made, and the areas where further efforts are needed.
